It is a case study on ‘Delta Pharmaceuticals’, in Botswana. It aims to outline if an adaptation of a warehouse management system can influence and effect change to Delta’s supply chain warehouse operations. It is a descriptive research and the strategy used was of a survey approach. The target population comprises of 30 of Delta’s personnel and the sample size derived is 16 employees.
